"The tow rope ripped out of each side of the eyelets on our Fastball and then the ball just slid down against the tube. I see in looking at other brands that they have straps secured around the outside and the tension is spread out on the straps/cover rather than all of it being focused on the eyelets which understandably can’t handle the tension being drawn on them. Hopefully there will be a redesign but ours is essentially unusable now."
